It is with a very heavy heart that I write this letter. My elves have told me you appear to be on the NAUGHTY LIST this year, which, as I’m sure you’ll know, means I cannot visit your house this Christmas Eve. You have been such a good in the past, so this news has truly surprised poor old Santa Claus.
However, there is still time to fix this and be put back on my NICE LIST in time for my visit on the 24th of December. To ensure you get a festive visit from me this year, I need to see serious improvements in your recent behaviour. Your parents have told me you’ve been misbehaving, so I have shared some tips with you for getting back on my NICE LIST:
- Listen to your parents and do as you are told - without arguing.
- Keep your bedroom clean and tidy, I will appreciate this very much. After all, how will there be space for new toys if your bedroom is such a mess?
- Help your parents around the house, and don’t wait until you are asked.
- Be kind to others, and spread festive cheer!
- And finally, make sure you get to bed nice and early on Christmas Eve, so my visit goes off without a hitch, I know when you’re sleeping - and I know when you’re awake too!
If you can follow these instructions, there’s no doubt that you’ll land yourself back on my NICE LIST and will have a magical Christmas, with lovely presents. I hope I see your name back on the NICE LIST soon, !
